Bruce Atkinson MLC, President of Parliament of Victoria, Australia was appointed as Vice-Chairman of Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group and President of International company. Dato' Sri Prof. Ng Tat-yung, International Steering Committee Member of UN High-Level International Conference on Water Action Decade, and Group Founder Dato' Sri Prof. Ng officiated the appointment and signing ceremony with Bruce.
